Along the A8 motorway, either towards Bilbao or San Sebastián; Take the exit to Amorebieta Gernika. Leave the motorway and take the BI-635 road to Gernika without going through the Amorebieta town centre. It is also possible to get to Amorebieta along the N-634 (without using the motorway). Once you are at Gernika, cross the town towards Bermeo. Once you have gone through the towns of Forua, Murueta, San Cristobal and Axpe you will reach Pedernales. Continue through the town and the road will begin to slope upwards. The Zaldua Grill-Restaurant is halfway up the slope, on the right, and the car park entry is located several meters further along.
